Pinot Noir Rosé
Not every Cabernet is the same - the wine of deep pink color turned out to be a "colorist" in 2020, so the color is uniquely intense. In the aroma of wine, the basic tone of the aroma is the aroma of ripe small fruit, with a predominance of raspberries, blackberries, or even cherries. If we let our imagination run wild, we can imagine raspberry sorbet in the scent - but without chocolate :)
The taste of the wine is full, juicy, the fruitiness simulates the aromatic expression, while the full sensation of ripe sweet small fruit is supported by a slightly higher residual sugar.
Cabernet Sauvignon rosé from 2020 is not a typical representative of compote rosé, it will please with its different character.
