Pinot Noir Rosé, 2021
Pinot Noir Rosé is a wine without decorations.
Wine of a soft pink color, salmon shade, with a typical varietal touch of orange color. It is a crafted rosé wine, faithfully reflecting the terroir in which it was born. In its production, we proceeded as gently as possible, which was possible thanks to the excellent quality of the raw material of the grapes in 2020. The quality of the grapes, gentleness and craftsmanshipst in processing is a guarantee of preserving the aromatic and taste potential of wine.
The aroma as a whole has a pleasant, sweet floral to amyl effect. The tones of the flowers are supported by the subtle nuance of the cherry stone and its typical spiciness, completed by the scent of raspberries with a caramel hint.
