BABOVINKA - cuvée wine, created by a blend of 2 varieties, mostly from IRSAI OLIVER and RIVANER. A significant proportion of the IRSAI variety will not deny the wine and those who are looking for a perfume flower bouquet will be satisfied. This typical expression is complemented by the aroma of citrus, elder and hawthorn, which will accompany you in the taste of the wine - it is harmonious, fully in line with the aromatic expression and fresh acidity at the end, which harmonizes with higher residual sugar and tasty overripe raisins.

The aging of wine is 1-2 years, we recommend serving with lighter meals, ideal with salads, with sweeter but simpler cheese and sunbeams :) / those that are on a snowy slope are absolutely ideal.
