Orange wine natural
Wine made from the Gewurtztraminer variety, using the classic method, without the use of current modern technologies.
The process of fermentation of whole grape berries takes place spontaneously, without the addition of noble yeast. The grape skins thus give the wine an orange color. After finishing the fermentation process and pressing the grapes, the raw material is aged in an agate barrel for 15 months. The wine is not filtered and there is also a slight cloudiness in the bottle. The final product itself is an intense orange color. The aroma is characterized by intense spiciness with a typical tramine bouquet. The taste is dominated by intense tannins with mild bitterness, reminiscent of iced peach tea. Limited series of 650 bottles.
